You’ll also have the opportunity to grow your business by adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. All the while, you will have in-house dedicated experts that will help make sure your hard work is complimented by a great team.

Compensation:

$70,000 - $200,000

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all customer requests quickly and efficiently to ensure exceptional service
  • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads
  • Guide 25+ buyer clients through the home purchase process each year
  • Build relationships with prospective clients and grow relationships with past clients
  • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs to improve sales results
  • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction
  • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market
  • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs to improve sales results
  • Stage, price, and market homes to attract potential buyers quickly
  • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
  • Call and follow up with buyer and seller leads
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers
  • Advise clients about market conditions, conduct walkthroughs, and provide guidance and assistance through the process of buying, selling, or leasing properties

  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
